Users must provide accurate delivery details and ensure availability at the delivery location. Fevoff is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or absence.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

Payment

Fevoff supports multiple payment options. Payments must be completed before delivery. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed per our refund policy.
